Danielle is a licensed, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of VitaNova Psychiatry & Wellness.
Her approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a broader view of the factors that influence mental health—including sleep, physical health, lifestyle, substance use, and overall functioning.
Our philosophy is rooted in the idea that mental health is inseparable from how we live. Inspired by Stoic principles of resilience, discipline, and purposeful action, we look beyond symptoms to the foundations that support a healthier mind.
We believe muscle is an organ of mental wellness—and that movement, strength, sleep, metabolic health, and psychiatric health are deeply connected. VitaNova was created to bring those principles together with modern, evidence-based psychiatric care.
