  • VitaNova provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, hormone and metabolic assessment, concierge psychiatry, and advanced concierge wellness services for mental health.

  • VitaNova offers both insurance-based psychiatric services and self-pay wellness services.

For psychiatric care, we collect your insurance information, verify your benefits, and determine eligibility prior to your appointment. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs will vary depending on your plan.

Wellness services are self-pay and are not covered by insurance.

Superbills may be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Integrative psychiatry at VitaNova is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to mental health care that looks beyond symptoms alone.

We combine traditional psychiatric care — including diagnosis and medication management when appropriate — with a deeper evaluation of the biological, lifestyle, and medical factors that influence how you feel.

This may include assessing areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress, and underlying medical contributors that can impact mood, energy, and overall well-being.

Our goal is not just symptom relief, but a more complete understanding of your health — so treatment can be more personalized, effective, and sustainable.
