Integrative psychiatry at VitaNova is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to mental health care that looks beyond symptoms alone.
We combine traditional psychiatric care — including diagnosis and medication management when appropriate — with a deeper evaluation of the biological, lifestyle, and medical factors that influence how you feel.
This may include assessing areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress, and underlying medical contributors that can impact mood, energy, and overall well-being.
Our goal is not just symptom relief, but a more complete understanding of your health — so treatment can be more personalized, effective, and sustainable.
