Nevada residents: We accept select insurance plans, including (insurances we accept coming soon…). Out-of-network patients are welcome.
Arizona residents: At this time, services are offered on a self-pay basis. Competitive cash rates are available.
A superbill can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
